The Role
We’re hiring a bilingual Project Manager to oversee roofing projects from start to finish—ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met. In this role, fluency in both English and Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with our field teams, subcontractors, and clients. You’ll manage everything from reviewing blueprints to coordinating subcontractors, performing site walkthroughs, and staying in regular contact with both the internal team and the customer. This role is perfect for someone who knows roofing—from shingle to metal to flat—and is ready to lead with precision, accountability, and heart.
What You’ll Do
Lead roofing projects from planning to completion with a strong sense of ownership.
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to support job site success.
Review blueprints and technical documents to align execution with project scope.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, quality, and progress are on track.
Maintain client communication to set expectations and provide regular updates.
Monitor use of tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
Track milestones, solve challenges in real time, and document lessons learned.
Ensure compliance with local codes, OSHA regulations, and company standards.
What You Bring
Proven project management experience in the roofing or construction industry.
Fluency in English and Spanish—required.
Deep knowledge of roofing systems: shingle, metal, and flat installations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
Hands-on familiarity with roofing processes and construction safety.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
