The Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Manager to support our site-level marketing initiatives. In this hands-on role, you will work closely with our leadership team to drive consistent branding, engaging content, and efficient campaign execution.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, is self-directed, and enjoys a wide variety of marketing tasks—from social media scheduling to website updates, to supporting local promotional efforts. This role will lead two members of our existing marketing team with the goal of uplifting each of them. 

What You’ll Do

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Create and manage content across platforms including social media, blog posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

• Manage and update our company website (WordPress), keeping content current and SEO-optimized.

• Support the sales team by coordinating local advertising and promotional campaigns.

• Use marketing tools and automation platforms to track and report on performance metrics.

• Engage with our online community by monitoring and responding on social media platforms.

• Conduct market research to support content ideas and identify local growth opportunities.

• Coordinate logistics and materials for events, sponsorships, and seasonal promotions.

• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with local real estate agents, property managers, and community organizations to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

• Coordinate co-branded marketing efforts and events with industry partners to expand AR Roofing’s presence in the community.

• Maintain a partnership pipeline and track outreach and relationship-building activities.

• Develop print and digital marketing materials tailored to potential referral partners.

• Collaborate with the sales team to support partner-driven lead sources and refine messaging for B2B audiences.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

• Prior experience in a marketing or communications role is a plus.

• Strong content creation and writing skills.

• Familiarity with website platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML a plus.

• Understanding of SEO best practices.

• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, or other marketing platforms.

• Self-starter attitude with strong project management skills.

• Comfortable collaborating across departments and juggling multiple priorities.

• Located in or near the Poulsbo, WA or greater Kitsap County area. (We are not seeking candidates who require daily ferry commutes from Seattle.)
